  2. Shipping Timeframes: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. In-stock items are usually shipped within 5-10 business days, while made-to-order or custom items may take longer. Shipping timeframes in New england may vary depending on the destination, weather and shipping method chosen.
  3. Personal Delivery and Assembly: For local customers within our delivery area, we offer personal delivery and assembly services. Our team of trained professionals will deliver the furniture to your specified location, and if applicable, provide assembly and installation services at no additional cost. Please contact us for more information on our personal delivery and assembly services.
  4. Tracking Orders: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking information, if available, so you can monitor the status of your shipment. For white glove deliveries, our team will coordinate with you to schedule a delivery date and time that is convenient for you.
  5. Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we currently only ship within Massachusetts and Rhode Island state of the United States. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
  6. Inspection upon Delivery: Upon receiving your furniture, please carefully inspect the packaging and the furniture for any damages or defects. If you notice any issues, please notify the delivery team immediately and make a note on the delivery receipt. Please also contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any damages or defects.
